The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Sorrento.
Our stay had several downsides that left us very disappointed. The beds were extremely firm, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, which was quite frustrating. Also, the breakfast at the cafe downstairs was mediocre at best. I would strongly recommend skipping the vouchers next time in favor of a better café nearby.

Location offers easy access to the ferry port. However, the shower had low water flow, which was disappointing.

Unboxing my experience
Fantastic five-night stay! The location is unbeatable—only 10 minutes from the ferry and steps from shops and restaurants. Our host was exceptionally accommodating and it felt like home with a cozy kitchen. Clean, spacious room with a lovely patio made our trip memorable. Breakfast downstairs was simple but satisfying, just what we needed to kickstart our days.

The room faced a busy street, making it really noisy at night!!! A soundproof promise needs to be fulfilled!!! Some dampness resulted in a musty odor—not ideal for relaxing!!!

What they won’t tell you about this
The room is beautifully modern and surprisingly spacious, located right in the city center. The staff went above and beyond, providing helpful recommendations and assisting with luggage.
While the ambiance was nice, the lack of an elevator made getting to the higher floors a bit of a workout.

perfectly quaint, but the room was way too small and had a view of a sad walkway. Also, returning late was a problem with barely any lighting! I mean, as a guest, I thought maybe a complimentary upgrade could've been warranted for future visits? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

I had a wonderful stay at Sorrento Square Suites. The spacious room was beautifully designed, complete with a charming little balcony. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk to the train station and all the delightful restaurants in the area.
The shower water flow was low.

Sorrento's culinary scene stole my heart! We had a fantastic brunch at Radical while Giancarlo shared excellent local restaurant tips. The location was prime. being tucked away at the back meant we also enjoyed peace and quiet. Our double room was spacious and bright, perfect for unwinding after our food adventures.
The only hiccup was navigating the darker back entrance at night. some added lighting would really brighten things up. That said, everything else sparkled!

missingWrote a review on Sept 23spacious roomcharming balconyquick communicationfirm bedlow water flow
Sorrento Square Suites perfectly matched the description online. The spacious room felt airy and inviting, complete with a charming balcony that offered great views. I loved having a little kitchen area. it made things easy for snacks and drinks. Quick communication from the host kept everything running smoothly, and her local tips were invaluable. The location is spot-on for exploring, just a short walk from the ferry and surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, the bed was quite firm, which made for a less than ideal sleeping situation. Also, the shower had low water flow, so that was a letdown. Overall, the well-kept property and responsive service made the stay enjoyable, but adjustments to the comfort would elevate the experience further.

Fantastic location with quiet rooms
We loved being just steps away from the bustling activity of the main plaza, yet our room faced the street and was incredibly quiet! The balcony was a lovely spot to unwind and watch the world go by. Although the shower had a low water flow, it didn't detract much from our wonderful stay.

Loved hanging out on the balcony (great views of the plaza! ) and the staff was super responsive. The spacious room felt fresh and airy. The hosts provided tea and coffee (very generous! ).
Nothing to improve.
